Cancellation Policy

Late collection will result in a $20.00 charge. Payment for sessions must be made in full, in advance. Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in a 10% penalty being applied per week that the invoice is overdue. Trickle Creek reserves the right to recover any and all legal or debt collection costs due to non-payment.
