Cancellation Policy

Late collection will result in a $25.00 charge. Payment for sessions must be made in full, in advance. Extensions of morning sessions to full day sessions must be notified by no later than 12 pm on the day and payment of $70.00 will be invoiced. In the event of extreme weather, our afternoon session horse riding activities may change. This will result in a refund of the difference in sessions, or a credit towards another session. Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in a 10% penalty being applied per week that the invoice is overdue. Trickle Creek reserves the right to recover any and all legal or debt collection costs due to non-payment.
